The Cambodia Nutrition Project (CNP) is a seven-year, US$62.5 million flagship initiative driving Cambodia’s efforts to accelerate human capital development through improved maternal and child health and nutrition in the early years. Implemented by the Ministry of Health and the National Committee for Sub-national Democratic Development, the project targets persistent challenges such as high stunting rates, gaps in routine immunization, and neonatal survival, with a strong focus on equity and reaching underserved communities. By strengthening community-based health promotion and service delivery—currently a critical bottleneck—CNP aims to deliver lasting, inclusive improvements in nutrition and health outcomes across the country.

Under the Endline Impact Evaluation, CDRI’s assignment is to conduct an endline survey to (i) collect data for assessing progress on CNP’s results framework indicators and its Implementation Completion and Results Report; (ii) inform the next phase of WBG’s nutrition engagement, business development and policy dialog in Cambodia; (iii) and to contribute to the evidence base on RMNCAH‐N quality of care and health service delivery in Cambodia, specifically for the endline phase of the ongoing impact evaluation of CNP and II.
